Strength
He is a strong, physical forward who moves well for his size and brings immediate impact through his motor and toughness. His ability to switch defensively across wings and bigger players makes him valuable on that end, as he can move his feet and hold his ground. He is also one of the best rebounding freshmen in the country, consistently creating extra possessions and controlling the glass. His hustle, physicality, and ability to run the floor add to his value, while his jumper has shown signs of improvement and gives him some long-term offensive upside.
Weakness
Offensively, he is still limited and often not heavily involved, spending too much time corner spacing without creating much impact. His free throw shooting is concerning, largely due to poor shooting mechanics that affect both consistency and touch. He also tends to settle for post-up turnaround shots that have not been efficient, and while he can make open threes, the shot remains inconsistent. The mechanics are not clean, which raises questions about how reliable his perimeter shooting will be at the next level.
Outlook
His current value comes primarily from his defense, rebounding, and physical presence rather than offensive production. He projects as the type of player who earns minutes because of his toughness, versatility, and ability to impact winning without needing touches. His best tools are his physical traits and defensive instincts, but if his offensive skill set and shooting continue to develop, he has the potential to grow into a more complete and well-rounded big at the next level. One of the most fitting comparisons that I can think of of Cenac is Isaiah Stewart, a physical player with All Defensive level defense and a consistent perimeter shooting that make him one of the most valuable role players in the league.
